Hi, I’m the baker behind The Fabled Bakery! At 28, I’m a qualified pastry chef with a passion for creating beautiful bakes that taste just as good as they look.

I’m currently in my final year of a degree in Food Science and Patisserie at the National Bakery School in London, combining traditional pastry craftsmanship with the fascinating science behind baking. Founded in 1894, the National Bakery School is recognised as the oldest bakery school in the world, with a long history of developing skilled bakers and pastry professionals.

The Fabled Bakery is where my love of creativity, pastry and celebration comes together. From delicate cupcake bouquets and bespoke celebration cakes to indulgent brownies, blondies and the treats in our Cake Shed, I put my skills, knowledge and a whole lot of love into everything I create.
